Wedding Day

As most of you know Rhonda and I choose the Dallas Zoo as the place to say our vows. We wanted a non-traditional venue and we both thought that with our love of animals it just was the absolute perfect location. We could not have asked for a better day, it was 58 degrees, clear skies, the animals were all out, and even the giraffes were in a kissing mood.

Texas Reception

After a full day at the Dallas Zoo, we met up with all our Texas Friends and Family at the local “Country Burger”, a little spot Rhonda and I stumbled into a few months earlier and hit it off with the owner. She told us she would be honored to host our reception in her restaurant and we felt it fit our day perfectly (Plus it was BYOB, who can argue with that). At 6pm on the 28th we all met for good times, drinks, a little dancing, and of course some cake smashing.

California Reception

With most of our Friends and Family still living in So. Cal, we knew we needed to do something special there as well. We scheduled our little trip out in March (which just so happened to be St. Patrick’s Day) and our parents threw us a celebration at the Elks Lodge, where Rhonda’s Dad has been an active member for many years. DJ Bros’ Jeff Burmeister mixed up some killer dance jams and we partied the night away. Even though it was raining and crappy outside we still had over 100 of our dearest Friends & Family show to share in the celebration. Thank you again everyone... you made our special day even brighter.
